Method for forming a nanofiber band comprising the steps of: - mixing (21) polymeric material with a solvent to obtain a liquid mixture having a viscosity greater than a predetermined shear viscosity value at room temperature; - loading (23) a spray nozzle with said mixture; - projecting (25) said mixture through said nozzle with a gas jet, wherein the projected polymeric material solidifies and forms nanofibers; - depositing (27) said nanofibers on a collecting surface to form said nanofiber band. |
