abstract | Process for the purification of chlorosilanes by distillation, which includes making available a mixture of chlorosilanes with a boron content, which contains TCS, DCS and STC and a purification of the chlorosilanes mixture by distillation in several distillation columns, characterized in that The available chlorosilanes mixture is provided to a separation column (2), whose column parameters are chosen in such a way that in a first fraction (3) from the separation column (2) they are contained less than 10ppm of STC and in a second fraction (4) from the separation column (2) are contained less than 10 ppm of TCS, where the fraction (3) from the separation column (2) is contributed to a third column (6) and is separated by distillation in a sump stream (6b), which contains TCS, and in a head current (6a), enriched in boron, which together with the TCS contains compounds that boil ab temperature controls such as DCS, and the fraction (4) from the separation column (2) is supplied to a second column (5) and is distilled off in a head stream containing STC (5a) and in a stream of sump (5b) enriched in boron, which contains compounds that boil at high temperatures, in order to derive from the distillation columns boron compounds that boil at low temperatures by means of 15 head currents containing a DCS enriched in boron and compounds of boron of highest boiling point through a boron-enriched sump stream, which contains compounds that boil at high temperatures. |
