abstract | An isolated polynucleotide of fungal origin, where the polynucleotide consists of a denucleotide sequence encoding an enzyme that has β-glucosidase activity, where said isolated polynucleotide is selected from the group consisting of: (a) a nucleic acid sequence that encodes or is complementary to a sequence encoding a BGL7 polypeptide having a sequence identity of at least 85% with the amino acid sequence presented as SEQ ID NO: 2; (b) a nucleic acid sequence that encodes or is complementary to a sequence that encodes a BGL7 polypeptide that has a sequence identity of at least 90% with the amino acid sequence presented as SEQ ID NO: 2; (c) a nucleic acid sequence that encodes or is complementary to a sequence that encodes a BGL7 polypeptide that has a sequence identity of at least 95% with the amino acid sequence presented in Figure 2; (d) a nucleic acid sequence that encodes or that is complementary to a sequence that encodes a BGL7 polypeptide having the amino acid sequence shown in Figure 2; (e) a nucleic acid sequence that encodes or is complementary to a sequence that encodes a BGL7 polypeptide having a sequence identity of at least 95% with the amino acid sequence presented in SEQ ID NO: 2; (f) a nucleic acid sequence that encodes or is complementary to a sequence encoding a BGL7 polypeptide having an amino acid sequence presented as SEQ ID NO: 2; (g) a nucleic acid sequence presented as SEQ ID NO: 4, or the complement thereof; and (h) a nucleic acid sequence that hybridizes, under conditions of high astringency, to the sequence presented as SEQ ID NO: 4; the complement of it. |
