abstract | A compound of formula (I): wherein: R1 is aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-benzyl, lower alkoxy-carbonylalkyl lower, haloalkyl lower, hydroxy-lower alkyl, (lower alkoxy-lower alkyl), ( CH2) s-aryl, (CH2) sheteroaryl or (CH2) s-cycloalkyl, wherein said aryl, heteroaryl, aralkyl, heteroaralkyl (CH2) s-aryl, (CH2) sheteroaryl (CH2) s-cycloalkyl is substituted or without substitute with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, cyano, lower alkoxycarbonyl, halo lower alkyl, phenyl- (oxo-lower alkyl) and hydroxy-lower alkyl; p is 0 or 1; s is 0, 1 or 2; and R2 is phenyl, which may be unsubstituted or substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxy, haloalkyl lower, lower alkoxy, trifluoromethoxy, aminocarbonyl, lower alkyl, nitro, cyano, sulfonamido, alkyl- lower sulfonyl, lower acyl and lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower haloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl, biphenyl, which may be unsubstituted or substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of acetyl, halogen, lower alkoxy and lower alkyl, a monocyclic heterocycle 5- or 6-membered with 1-3 atoms selected from N, O, and S, which may be unsubstituted or substituted by halogen, lower alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, or substituted or unsubstituted haloalkyl, obenzothiophene, and wherein the term "alkyl" means a branched or unbranched, cyclic or acyclic, saturated hydrocarbyl radical (partially saturated if is cyclic) or unsaturated which may be substituted or unsubstituted; the term "aryl" is used to mean a mono- or polycyclic aromatic ring system, where the rings may be carbocyclic or may contain one or more atoms chosen from O, S, and N; the term "lower alkyl" means a branched or unbranched, cyclic or acyclic, saturated (partially saturated if cyclic) or unsaturated hydrocarbyl radical wherein said cyclic lower alkyl group is C3, C4 C5, C6 or C7, and wherein said lower alkyl group is C1 C2, C3 or C4; with the proviso that the following compounds are excluded: 1,7,8,8-Tetramethyl-2-phenyl-1,2,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-4,7-methane-indazol-3-one , 1,7,8,8-Tetramethyl-2-naphthalen-1,2,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-4,7-methane-indazol-3-one, 1,7,8,8-Tetramethyl -2-p-tolill-1,2,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-4,7-methane-indazol-3-one, 2- (4-Methoxy-phenyl) -1,7,8,8 -tetramethyl-1,2,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-4,7-methane-indazol-3-one and 1,7,8,8-Tetramethyl-2-o-tolyl-1,2,4 , 5,6,7-hexahydro-4,7-methane-indazol-3-one. |
