A veterinary system medicated with helical shape suitable for the administration of a drug to the vaginal cavity of a non-human female mammal, characterized in that - the system comprises a three-layer polymeric fiber comprising a polymeric core, a polymeric intermediate layer containing drug that it covers the core and a polymeric surface layer that covers the intermediate layer, - the system comprises a number of loops within the range of more than 1 to 10, - the external dimension of the system when inserted inside said cavity substantially coincides with the dimension internal to the cervix point of said cavity, and - the polymeric material of said polymeric core, said polymeric intermediate layer and said polymeric surface layer comprise an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. |
