An inhibitor antibody modified against Factor VIII (FVIII) or its antigen-binding fragment, - in which the unmodified inhibitor antibody comprises as variable heavy chain CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 regions the amino acid sequences represented by amino acids 45 a 64, 79 to 95 and 128 to 145 of SEQ ID NO: 2, respectively, and comprise as CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 regions of the light chain variable amino acid sequences represented by amino acids 44 to 55, 71 to 77 and 110 to 119 of SEQ ID NO: 4, respectively, and - in which the unmodified inhibitor antibody is produced by expression in a human infoblastoid cell line, characterized in that said modification is a total or partial deglycosylation in the Asn 47 position of SEQ ID NO: 2 in the glycosylation consensus sequence of the variable heavy chain, and in which the unmodified antibody has a decreased inhibitory activity against Factor VIII compared to the unmodified inhibitor antibody. |
