In vitro method, without cells to form a covalent conjugate between a poly (ethylene glycol) and a peptide glycosylated or non-glycosylated, in which said poly (ethylene glycol) is conjugated to said peptide by means of an intact glycosyl linking group interposed between and, covalently linked , both to said peptide and to dichopoli (ethylene glycol), said method comprises: contacting said peptide with a mixture comprising at least one nucleotide sugar covalently bonded to said poly (ethylene glycol) and at least one glycosyltransferase for which said denucleotide sugar it is a substrate under conditions suitable for said at least one glycosyltransferase to transfer at least one nucleotide sugar covalently bonded to said poly (ethylene glycol) to said peptide, said covalent conjugate forming said peptide. |
