abstract |
A host cell library, wherein each host cell comprises: (a) a cell surface molecule attached to the cell surface, (b) an adapter molecule comprising a first binding site and a second site of binding, and (c) a deployment molecule comprising a modified polypeptide; wherein the first binding site specifically binds to the cell surface molecule and cannot bind to the deployment molecule and the second binding site specifically binds to the deployment molecule and cannot bind to the molecule. the surface of the cell where the adapter molecule is not a component of the modified polypeptide, and where each host cell comprises a different modified polypeptide. |
