A genetically modified DNA polymerase with a broader range of substrates being capable of incorporating a greater presence of a dye-labeled nucleotide analog into an acidic synthesized by that genetically modified polymerase, compared to polymerase-type polymerase from the which is obtained, wherein the polymerase is described with any amino acid sequence that has at least 70% identity with a sequence selected from the group consisting of the following sequences: 1, 4, 8, 12, 14, 16, 20, 22 , 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48, and comprising the following substitution mutations compared to the amino acid sequence of wild-type Pfu: N400G / N400D and R407I. |
