A pharmaceutical form, which is a granule or pellet, having a particle size of at least 0.1 mm, comprising at least one active compound and a polymer matrix, wherein: a) the active compound is selected from the group that it consists of: insulins, unfractionated heparin, low molecular weight heparin, ultra low molecular weight heparins and heparinoids; b) the polymer matrix comprises at least one cationic polymer selected from the group consisting of polymers and copolymers derived from acrylic and methacrylic acids, cholestyramine and natural polymers; and the active compound does not accumulate on the surface of the pharmaceutical form, which can be obtained by a process of granulation, extrusion, coating or a combination thereof. |
