Compound having the formula: in which each of Z1, Z2 and Z4 is, independently, CH or N, in which at least one of Z1 or Z2 is N; R1 is - (C1-2 aliphatic radical) p-R4, R1 being optionally substituted with 1-3 occurrences of J; R2 is - (C1-2 aliphatic radical) d-R5, R2 being optionally substituted with 1-3 occurrences of J; R4 is H, halogen, CN, NH2, NO2, CF3, C1-3 aliphatic radical, cyclopropyl, NCH3, OCH3, -C (> = O) NH2, -C (> = O) CH3, -NHC (> = O ) CH3 or OH; R5 is H, halogen, CN, NH2, NO2, CF3, C1-3 aliphatic radical, cyclopropyl, NCH3, OCH3, -C (> = O) NH2, -C (> = O) CH3, -NHC (> = O ) CH3 or OH; J is halogen, OCH3, OH, NO2, NH2, SCH3, NCH3, CN or unsubstituted C1-2 aliphatic radical, or two groups J, together with the carbon to which they are attached, form a cyclopropyl ring or C> = O ; p and d are each independently 0 or 1; Q is a 5-10 membered heteroaryl ring optionally substituted with 1-5 JQ groups. |
