abstract | Procedure for the generation of a protective coating layer against corrosion, in which a surface to be treated is contacted with an aqueous treatment solution containing * chromium (III) ions, * at least one phosphate compound and * an organosol prepared by hydrolysis and condensation that is obtained by reacting one or more alkoxysilanes of the formula (1) R4-xSi (OR1) x (1) in which the R moieties represent the same or different from each other, respectively, a hydrocarbon group substituted or unsubstituted with 1 to 22 carbon atoms and x is equal to 1, 2 or 3 and R1 represents a hydrocarbon group substituted or unsubstituted with 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and one or more alkoxides of the formula (2) Me (OR2) n (2) in which Me represents Ti, Zr, Hf, Al, Si, and n represents the oxidation level of Me and R2 is selected substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbon groups containing 1 to 8 carbon atoms , in which the ac solution Treatment tool is free of inorganic and organic peroxides. |
