abstract Procedure for the isolation of proteins bound to any of the types of acidic sequence of interest (sequence of interest: SoI), in which: - in a first stage, a triplex labeling sequence (TFT sequence) is introduced into nucleic acid dichasequence of a living cell and said living cells are grown; - in a second stage, the cells obtained in stage 1 intersect; - in a third stage said crosslinked live cells obtained in step 2 are collected and mixed with a specific molecular probe of the introduced TFT sequence (the TFO probe) under conditions that allow the formation of triplex nucleic acid; - in a fourth stage, the triplex of nucleic acid formed in the third stage is isolated and bound proteins are analyzed.
