Compound having a structure: or any pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which: X1 is N or C; X2 is N or C; wherein 1 or 2 of X1 and X2 is C; each of X4, X5, X7 and X8 is independently N or C; each of X3 and X6 is C; where no more than X4, X5, X7 and X8 are N; m is independently in each case 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; n is independently in each case 0, 1, 2 or 3; Y is NR8 or C (> = O); or alternatively when Y is NR8, Y and R3 can form a 5 to 6 member ring fused to the ring that contains both said Y and R3; R1 is: (a) F, Cl, Br, I, alk C1-8, haloalk C1-4, -ORa, -NRaRa, -NRaRc, -N (Ra) C (> = O) Rb, -C (> = O) NRaRa, -C (> = O) NRaRc, -C (> = O) NRaRd, -C (> = O) Ra, -C (> = O) Rc, -C (> = O) Rd, -C (> = O) -O-Ra, -C (> = O) -O-Rc, -C (> = O) -O-Rd, -ORc, -NRaRc, -SRc, -S (> = O) Rc, -S (> = O) 2Rc, -N (Rc) S (> = O) 2Rb, -S (> = O) 2NRaRc, -N (Rc) C (> = O) Rb, -N (Ra) C (> = O) Rc or -C (> = O) NRaRc; or (b) ring A, said ring A being selected from the group consisting of Rb, Rc and Rd; with the proviso that when ring A is Rc, said Rc is not cyclopentadienyl; or 5 or 6-membered unsaturated monocyclic ring linked by C0-4 alk; or bicyclic of 9 or 10 members containing 0, 1, 2 or 3 atoms of N and 0.1 or 2 atoms selected from O and S. |
