abstract | Isoxazol-4-yl-oxadiazole derivatives of the formula in which R1 is hydrogen, halogen, aryl, heterocyclyl, heteroaryl, cyano, C1-7 alkyl, - (CH2) n-cycloalkyl, - (CH2) nN (R) 2, - (CH2) nO-C1-7 alkyl or - (CH2) n-OH; n is the number 0, 1 or 2; R is hydrogen or C1-7 alkyl; R2 is cycloalkyl, aryl, a heteroaryl selected from the group of quinolinyl, indolyl, pyridinyl, triazolyl, benzotriazolyl, isoxazolyl, thiophenyl, benzoimidazolyl, dihydrobenzimidazolyl-2-one, imidazolyl, oxazolyl, oxadiazolyl and optionally substituted heterocyclyl, one or more substituents, selected from the group formed by halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-7 alkyl, C1-7 alkoxy, C1-7 alkoxy substituted by halogen, C1-7 alkyl substituted by halogen, C (O) O-C1-alkyl 7, C1-7 alkylsulfonyl, -NRaRb, -C (O) -NRaRb, -C (O) -heterocyclyl, benzyloxy, heterocyclyl optionally substituted by hydroxy, halogen or C1-7 alkyl, or is heteroaryl optionally substituted by C1-7 alkyl ; Ra and Rb are independently hydrogen, C1-7 alkylsulfonyl, -C (O) H, - (CH2) nN (R) 2, - (CH2) nO-C1-7 alkyl, - (CH2) nS-C1-alkyl 7, - (CH2) nS (O) 2-C1-7 alkyl, heteroarylsulfonyl, C1-7 alkyl, - (CH2) n-heterocyclyl optionally substituted by C1-7 alkyl, or is - (CH2) n-cycloalkyl, - ( CH2) n-heteroaryl, - (CH2) n-OH, - (CO) -R ', wherein R' C1-7alkyl, cycloalkyl or heteroaryl; R3 is aryl or heteroaryl, which are optionally substituted by halogen or C1-7 alkyl substituted by halogen; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. |
