abstract The present patent application refers to a procedure for obtaining confocal images of Xgal histological staining, which can be combined with other fluorophores used in immunofluorescence thus allowing multiple labeling and localization of the Xgal precipitate at the cellular level. In addition, a corrective method is claimed that allows visualization in confocal microscopy of the Xgal precipitate and other opaque precipitates.
