An oral self-emulsifying pharmaceutical composition, comprising (a) a therapeutically effective amount of a lipophilic drug; (b) polysorbate; (c) oleoyl polyoxyglycerides; and @ (d) one or more hydrophilic carriers selected from the group consisting of ethanol, isopropanol, polyethylene glycol (PEG), glycerin, propylene glycol, and combinations thereof, wherein the hydrophilic hydrophilic equilibrium value (HLB value) of said composition varies from about 8 to about 15, and the composition does not contain an oil phase. |
