R3) with an aliphatic moiety R1 with 4 to 24 C atoms and aliphatic moieties R2, R3 with 1 to 10 atoms of C, respectively, and as a cationic surfactant a primary amine with the general formula R-NH2, at least passing a part of the solution, after its action on a surface, by an ion exchanger.
