titleOfInvention | Derivatives (3-aryl-piperazine-1-yl) of 6,7-dialkoxyquinazoline, 6,7-dialkoxyphthalazine and 6,7-dialkoxyisoquinoline |
abstract | A compound having structure I in which - Q is NH - A and B are independently selected from CH and N with the proviso that A and B are not both N at the same time - R1 and R2 are independently C1-C4 alkyl - R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are independently selected from: o H, (C1-C6) alkyl, (C1-C6) alkoxy, halogen, halo (C1-C6) alkyl, hydroxy (C1-C6) alkyl, (C1-C6) alkoxy-(C1-C6) alkyl, hydroxycycloalkyl (C3-C6), cycloalkoxy (C3-C8), alkoxy (C1-C6) -cycloalkyl (C3-C8), heterocycloalkyl, hydroxyheterocycloalkyl, and (C1-C6 alkoxy) ) -heterocycloalkyl, wherein each cycloalkyl (C3-C8) or heterocycloalkyl moiety can be independently substituted with one to three (C1-C6) alkyl; or a group -NR8R9, in which R8 and R9 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, halo (C1-C6) alkyl, cycloalkyl (C3-C8), heterocycloalkyl; or a 6-7 aliphatic heterocycle: in which n is 1 or 2 and Z is oxygen or NR10, in which R10 is hydrogen or (C1-C6) alkyl, or or a ketone, sulfone, ester, amide, ester sulfonic or sulfonamide, selected from where Y is hydrogen or (C1-C6) alkyl and X is selected from: - a (C1-C6) alkyl group not substituted or substituted with one or more halogens, ยบ -O-alkyl (C1- C6) unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogens, - a group -NR11R12, where R11 and R12 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, halo (C1-C6) alkyl, cycloalkyl (C3-C8), heterocycloalkyl , or - an 6-7 aliphatic heterocycle: in which n is 1 or 2; and W is oxygen or NR13, where R13 is hydrogen or (C1-C6) alkyl, or - R4, R5 and R6 are independently nitro, or - two adjacent substituents selected from R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 can form together with the carbon atoms to which a saturated or unsaturated 5-7 membered ring is attached, which contains carbon and optionally one or two heteroatoms selected from N, O or S, and optionally substituted with a (C1-C6) alkoxy group. The three remaining substituents selected from R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7, which are not part of the ring, are independently selected as indicated above, or one of their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. |
