titleOfInvention Calibration device for vaporized hydrogen peroxide probe
abstract Apparatus for calibrating a concentration sensor intended to detect the concentration of hydrogen peroxide peroxide, said apparatus comprising: a box (20) defining a chamber (22); a first temperature sensor (128) to generate a first signal indicating the temperature inside the chamber (22); a container (70) defining a cavity (72), said container (70) including mobile isolation means (74) between a closed position to isolate the cavity (72) of the chamber (22) ) and an open position in which the cavity (72) is in fluidic communication with the chamber (22); first supply means (102, 112) for supplying an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide peroxide (104) to the cavity (72 ); a first concentration sensor (122) to generate a second signal indicating a concentration of liquid hydrogen peroxide within the cavity (72); a controller (150) that stores data to correlate a concentration ation of liquid hydrogen peroxide at a predetermined temperature with a concentration of vaporized hydrogen peroxide, said vaporized hydrogen peroxide being derived from said aqueous solution of liquid hydrogen peroxide (104), in the said controller (150) includes: means for receiving the first signal generated by the first temperature sensor (128) of the temperature indicator inside the chamber (22) and the second signal generated by the first concentration sensor (122) indicator of the concentration of liquid hydrogen peroxide (104) within the cavity (72); means for moving said isolation means (74) from the closed position to the open position, thus releasing the vaporized hydrogen peroxide in said chamber (22); means for receiving a third signal generated by a second concentration sensor (132) located within said chamber (22), said third signal indicating a measured concentration a of vaporized hydrogen peroxide inside said chamber (22); means for determining a real concentration of vaporized hydrogen peroxide inside said chamber (22) using said first signal, said second signal and said stored data; to compare said measured concentration with said actual concentration to determine an error value; and means for the calibration of said second concentration sensor (132) according to the determined error value.
