TRANSCRIPTIONAL FUSION VECTORS FOR UNI- AND BIDIRECTIONAL PROMOTING REGIONS FOR USE IN LACTIC BACTERIA. |
abstract |
Transcriptional fusion vectors for uni- and bidirectional promoter regions for use in lactic bacteria. # The present invention relates to a recombinant nucleotide sequence comprising the mrfp gene sequence encoding a red autofluorescent protein optimized for expression in lactic bacteria. as well as the vectors that comprise it. The invention also relates to cells comprising the sequence or vector of the invention and their uses. Likewise, it also refers to the use of both the sequence and the vector for the detection and characterization of a unidirectional or bidirectional promoter region, as well as its use for transcription. In addition, it refers to the use of cells containing the sequence of the invention or the vector of the invention for the determination of the colonizing capacity of cells. It also refers to the methods related to the uses of the invention, to a kit comprising the elements of the invention and their use. |
