Recombinant proteins with antitumor effect. # The present invention provides a recombinant protein with ribonuclease activity comprising the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 fused through its N-terminal end with a nuclear localization sequence, as well as a DNA molecule recombinant encoding for this protein, a vector comprising said DNA molecule and a cell comprising said vector. Additionally, the present invention relates to a process for obtaining the recombinant protein and using it as an antitumor agent. |
