titleOfInvention | METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF MICORRIZED SCARLS WITH DESERT TRUFFLE. |
abstract | Method of production of plants of the family Cistaceae mycorrhized with the different species of desert truffle. The method uses the cultivation of seeds / explants in photoautotrophic conditions. The plant material is subjected to a progressive adaptation to a decreasing relative humidity to environmental values. # Inoculation of the mycorrhizal fungus is based on spores and / or mycelium. The inoculum is made at room temperature or cold to promote adhesion of the propagules to the inert porous matrix after homogenization. The application of the inoculum is carried out during the pot transplant phase. # The acclimatization phase is 7 to 12 days. 95% survival values are obtained. From 30 to 40 days after acclimatization the percentage of mycorrhization is set at values of 70 to 80%. |
