ID No. 59, in which position 14 is occupied by C or T, and wherein said first primer optionally comprises a sequence of the first upstream primer that is not complementary to either of the two acids HIV-1 or HIV-2 nuclei; and (b) a second primer consisting of Sec. ID No. 61, in which position 16 is occupied by C or T, in which position 20 is occupied by A or C, and in which said Second primer optionally comprises a sequence of the second upstream primer that is not complementary to either of the two HIV-1 or HIV-2 nucleic acids.
