abstract Process for producing a multiphase detergent body containing at least 50% by weight of a solid component, in which the process comprises injection molding performed using a machine comprising a plurality of injection units and each injection unit is capable of process a different composition, the injection molding comprising the following steps: a) Feed the materials to each cylinder of each injection unit of the injection molding machine. b) Make the added mixture advance through each cylinder towards the injection nozzle of each injection unit. c) Inject the composition into a mold at a temperature higher than the plasticizer temperature of the binder. d) Allow the composition to cool in the mold. e) Open the mold and eject the formed body from it.
