abstract | a lens, which is a composite contact lens (10) having (A) a central part (1) constituted by a hard material, and (B) a peripheral part (2) constituted by a soft material with hydrated property; wherein (i) a joint surface (3A) between the central part (1) and the peripheral part (2) is formed by a single conical surface, inclined so that the diameter of the hard part is larger on the surface convex of the lens that on the concave surface of the lens, and the angle of inclination (α) of the conical surface is set so that an angle (θ) formed by the joint surface and the concave surface of the lens is of approximately 90º; and (ii) on the side of the convex surface of the lens an annular convex part (7) is formed, which: - projects forward with respect to the curve of the convex surface of an optical part, - has a concentric shape with respect to the optical axis (L) of the lens, and - is arranged in a joint part (3) between the central hard part (1) and the peripheral soft part (2). |
