titleOfInvention PROCEDURE FOR DETECTION AND / OR QUANTIFICATION AND / OR IN VITRO IDENTIFICATION OF INFECTIOUS COMPOUNDS IN A BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL.
abstract Procedure for detection and / or quantification and / or identification in vitro of infectious compounds (IC) present in a fluid medium M that constitutes a biological material, a procedure in which, in a known way, a suspension is prepared, in a liquid medium of suspension, of microbeads delimited by an external surface consisting of a solid polymer material capable of fixing proteins, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: a) a load of the microbeads of the suspension with β2GPI proteins is ensured by coupling with a sufficient amount of proteins ß2GPI, either passively in a suspension medium or using a known chemical binding protocol; b) said microbeads loaded with β2GPI proteins are contacted in a container with the fluid medium M by adding ions of at least one oxidizing metal, under appropriate conditions to ensure sufficient fixation of the infectious compounds on the β2GPI proteins carried by the microballs; c) the microbeads thus prepared are separated from their suspending medium, said suspending medium is evacuated from the container to obtain, after washing with a buffer, a residue with a strong concentration of infectious compounds; d) and infectious compounds are detected and / or quantified and / or identified from the concentrated residue thus obtained.
