abstract | Derivatives of aryl-isoxazol-4-yl-imidazo [1,5-a] pyridine of the formula I: wherein: R 1 is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, C 1-7 alkyl, benzyloxy or -O- (CH 2) - (CO) -5 or 6-link heteroaryl optionally substituted by aryl and C1-7 alkyl; R 2 is hydrogen, C 1-7 alkyl or - (CO) -R a; R 3 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano, C1-7 alkyl or - (CO) -R a; R a is hydroxy, C1-7 alkoxy, NR'R '', in which R 'and R' 'independently of one another are hydrogen, C3-7 cycloalkyl, 5- or 6-link heterocycloalkyl or optionally substituted C1-7 alkyl by C3-7 cycloalkyl, cyano, 5 or 6 link heterocycloalkyl or 5 or 6 link heteroaryl; wherein aryl means phenyl, benzyl or naphthyl, wherein heterocycloalkyl of 5 or 6 links denotes a ring of 5 or 6 saturated links containing one to three heteroatoms chosen from atoms of N, O or S, and where heteroaryl of 5 or 6 links denotes an aromatic ring of 5 or 6 links containing one to three heteroatoms chosen from atoms of N, O or S; and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. |
