MINERALIZED THREE-DIMENSIONAL BONE CONSTRUCTIONS. |
abstract |
Method for producing mineralized three-dimensional bone constructions, said method comprising: culturing osteoclast and osteoblast precursors in a non-matrix culture medium using a three-dimensional rotational tissue culture technique of low shear under conditions effective to form aggregates comprising said osteoblasts and said precursors of osteoclasts, and cultivating said aggregates by means of said low-shear three-dimensional rotational tissue culture technique in a non-matrix mineralization culture medium that favors the mineralization of said aggregates. |
