An isoquinoline compound represented by the following formula (I) or (II) in which R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or alkoxy having 1 to 4 carbon atoms ; R2 is a hydrogen atom; D is null; R3 is a group selected from formulas (a) and (d), in which m is an integer from 1 to 3, R4 is a hydrogen atom, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, hydroxyalkyl having 1 at 4 carbon atoms, aryl having optionally substituent (s), heteroaryl having optionally substituent (s), arylalkyl having optionally substituent (s), heteroarylalkyl having optionally substituent (s), R5 is a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or hydroxyalkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and -XYZ- is a group selected from formulas (e) to (g), in which, in formulas (e) to (g), R3 'has formulas (a) or (b), in which R4, R5, and m are as defined above and M is -CH-, a nitrogen atom or an oxygen atom, D 'is null or straight chain or branched chain alkylene having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R6 is a hydrogen or methyl atom; an optically active form thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a hydrate thereof, or a solvate thereof. |
