PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF TRANSGLUTAMINASE. |
abstract |
A method of producing transglutaminase comprising culturing a coryneform bacterium having a genetic expression construct in which a nucleic acid sequence encoding a signal peptide domain derived from a coryneform bacterium is connected to the downstream side of a promoter sequence that it functions in a coryneform bacterium and in which a transglutaminase coding nucleic acid sequence containing a pro-structural part is connected to the downstream side of said nucleic acid sequence encoding said signal peptide domain, allowing said coryneform bacterium produce and secrete said transglutaminase containing a pro-structural part, and then perform the cleavage and removal of the pro-structural part of said transglutaminase containing a pro-structural part. |
