abstract Vector for the coexpression of several proteinsnheterologous in equimolar amounts.n n n The invention relates to an expression vector based on the nucleotide sequence of the genome of a Potyvirus , preferably of the tobacco etching virus, which houses a nucleotide sequence encoding at least one heterologous protein, preferably for two and more preferably for three heterologous proteins. Heterologous proteins are expressed, in the cell transfected with this vector, as part of the viral polyprotein and are flanked by recognition sequences of the NlaPro viral protease, which is capable of releasing them from the entire polyprotein during post-translational processing. Therefore, the vector of the invention is useful for the coexpression of one or more heterologous proteins in equimolar amounts in the same subcellular location. The invention also relates to the cell, preferably plant, comprising this expression vector, the pollen and the plant comprising this cell, the germplasm of this plant and the methods for obtaining at least one, two or three heterologous proteins. .
