A compound of formula I, V U W R1 CH2 CH NH2 OR NH CH2 R2 A (I) 5 in which R1 represents halogen or alkoxy or a straight or branched chain alkyl group, containing from one to six carbon atoms; U and W each represents N, V represents CH and R2 represents H or F, or U and V each represents CH, W represents N and R2 represents H or F, or U represents N, V represents CH, W represents CH or CRa and R2 10 represents H, or also, when W represents CH, it can represent F; Ra represents CH2OH or alkoxycarbonyl in which the alkoxy group is a saturated straight or branched chain alkoxy group, containing from one to four carbon atoms; A represents the group CH = CH-B, a binuclear heterocyclic system D, a phenyl group that is monosubstituted in the 4-position by a (C1-C4) alkyl group, or a phenyl group that is di-substituted in the 3-positions and 4, wherein each of the two substituents is independently selected from the set consisting of (C1-C4) alkyl and halogen; B represents a mono- or di-substituted phenyl group wherein each substituent is a halogen atom; D represents the group in which Z represents CH or N, and ~ Q represents O or S; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of such compound. |
