abstract A compound of the formula in which Ar is phenyl, benzyl, naphthyl or indanyl or is quinoxalinyl, pyrazinyl, pyrazolyl, pyridinyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, oxadiazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, thiazolyl, thiadiazolyl, thiophenyl, isoxazolyl, pyrrolyl, or pyrrolylide ; a mono- or bi-heterocyclic moiety of six to nine links, in which X may be a carbon atom, SO2 or other hetero atom chosen from the group consisting of N or O; if X is an unsubstituted carbon atom, O, SO2 or N, then R1 is hydrogen, hydroxy, cyano, - (CH2) q-OH, - (CH2) q-NRR ', - (CH2) q-CN, C1-8 alkyl, -S (O) 2-C1-8 alkyl, -NRS (O) 2-C1-8 alkyl, -C (O) -C1-8 alkyl, -NR-C (O) -C1 alkyl -8, phenyl, or is a heterocyclic moiety selected from piperidinyl-2-one; if X is an atom of N substituted by R1, then R1 is hydrogen, - (CH2) q-OH, - (CH2) q-NRR ', - (CH2) q-CN, C1-8 alkyl, -S (O ) 2-C 1-8 alkyl, phenyl, benzyl, naphthyl or indanyl or is quinoxalinyl, pyrazinyl, pyrazolyl, pyridinyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, oxadiazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, thiazolyl, thiadiazolyl, thiophenyl, isoxazolyl, pyrrolyl, or pyrrolyl -C (O) -C 1-8 alkyl, with the proviso that q is 2 or 3; R / R 'independently of one another are hydrogen or C1-8 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, halogen, C1-8 alkyl, cyano, halogen substituted C1-8 alkoxy, halogen substituted C1-8 alkyl or is quinoxalinyl, pyrazinyl, pyrazolyl, pyridinyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, oxadiazolyl, triazolyl, tetrazolyl, thiazolyl, thiadiazolyl, thiophenyl, isoxazolyl, pyrrolyl, furanyl or imidazolyl; R3 25 is hydrogen or halogen; R4 is hydrogen or C1-8 alkyl; n is the number 1 or 2; if n is 2, R1 can be the same or different; or is the number 1 or 2; in case of 2, R2 can be the same or different; p is the number 1 or 2; if p is 2, R3 can be the same or different; q is the number 1, 2 or 3; s is the number 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; or to a pharmaceutically active salt thereof, including all stereoisomeric forms, including the individual diastereoisomers and enantiomers of the compound of the formula (I) as well as the racemic and non-racemic mixtures thereof.
