Procedure for the preparation of a conductive material composed of carbon-polymer nanotubes, in which carbon nanotubes and thermoplastic polymer are mixed in a double-shaft endless extruder or annular extruder or planetary roller extruder or co-mixer with non-conical rotating shafts in the same direction and then they are extruded, characterized in that a) the carbon nanotubes are brought together with the polymer or polymers and possibly solid phase additives to the main inlet (2) of the endless extruder (1), the carbon nanotubes they are predispersed in the inlet zone (12, 13) by friction of solid substances forming a mixture of solid substances and in the smelting zone (14, 15) they are still dispersed predominantly by hydrodynamic forces, and b) the resulting mixture is still post-dispersed in at least one other area (16, 17, 18, 19) of the endless extruder (1) and the carbon nanotubes are distributed homogeneously in the poly melt rich and because the specific mechanical energy input in the endless extruder (1) is regulated in a value in the range of 0.1 kWh / kg to 1 kWh / kg and the minimum residence time is regulated in a value in the interval from 6 s to 90 s. |
