abstract | Method of production of sugary juice from lignocellulosic substrate by enzymatic hydrolysis comprising a phase of conversion of lignocellulose, a phase of production of sugary juice and a phase of complete emptying of the reactors, in which the supplementation of the cellulases with β-glucosidases supported in a reactor (2) separated from the reactor (1) for enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulose, said substrate, previously pretreated, being in contact with a solution of cellulases, the hydrolyzate H1 produced during the conversion phase and obtained at the outlet of the reactor (1) by going to a filter medium (3) and a separation medium such that the solid fraction and the cellulases present in the reaction mixture remain inside the reactor (1), before sending them to the reactor (2), most of the flow of hydrolyzate (H2) from the reactor (2) being injected back into the reactor (1) during the phase of conversion. |
