Procedure for the purification of an ionic liquid, by means of fractional crystallization, in which the ionic liquid is a salt of an organic compound, which is in a liquid state below 150 ° C, in which a) a part of the ionic liquid it is crystallized by temperature reduction and b) the crystallized formed is separated from the residual liquid, characterized in that the ionic liquid is first mixed with a certain amount of at least one separating substance and then crystallized so that the solubility is increased of the impurifications and thus the impurifications remain in the liquid in an intensified manner. |
