A compound of formula I ** Formula ** in which R0 is hydrogen R1 is a 6-membered monocyclic heterocyclic or unsubstituted or substituted bicyclic heterocycle comprising 1 or 2 heteroatoms independently selected from N and O; R2 and R3 together with the C to which they are attached form a heterocycle comprising at least 1 heteroatom independently selected from N that is unsubstituted or substituted one or more times with a substituent independently selected from lower alkyl and oxo; R4 is hydrogen R5 is halogen R6 is hydrogen R7 is hydrogen; R8 is hydrogen; halogen, C1-C7 alkoxy; carbonyl unsubstituted or substituted with C1-C7 alkyl; C1-C7 alkoxy C1-C7 alkoxy; a 5 or 6 membered heterocycle comprising 1, 2 heteroatoms independently selected from N or O and is unsubstituted or substituted with a substituent independently selected from hydroxy, C1-C7 alkyl, mono or di-C1-C7-amino alkyl, a 6-membered heterocycle comprising 1 or 2 N-ring atoms unsubstituted or substituted with C1-C7 alkyl; 5- or 6-membered heterocycle-C1-C7 alkoxy comprising 1 N-ring atom unsubstituted or substituted with C1-C7 alkyl; R9 is hydrogen; R10 is hydrogen, halogen or C1-C7 alkoxy; or a salt thereof. |
