abstract | A compound of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof: in which, X represents oxygen or sulfur; Y represents a group of formula CR 6 R 7 or NR 8; R 1 represents hydrogen or (C 1-6) alkyl; and R2 represents hydrogen; or (C1-6) alkyl, (C1-6) alkoxy, (C3-7) cycloalkyl, (C3-7) cycloalkyl (C1-6) alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl (C1-6), heterocycloalkyl (C3-7) , heterocycloalkyl (C3-7) alkyl (C1-6), heteroaryl or heteroarylalkyl (C1-6), any of which may be optionally substituted by one or more substituents selected from halogen, cyano, nitro, (C1-6) alkyl , trifluoromethyl, hydroxy, (C1-6) alkoxy, difluoromethoxy, trifluoromethoxy, aryloxy, (C1-6) alkylthio, (C1-6) sulfonyl, amino, (C1-6) amino, dialkyl (C1-6) alkyl amino, (C2-6) alkylcarbonylamino,
