titleOfInvention | SYSTEM OF DETECTION OF ANOMALIES AND METHOD OF DETECTION OF ANOMALIES FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE. |
abstract | An anomaly detection system for an internal combustion engine, which determines whether an amount of NOx emission exceeds a prescribed regulation value due to the deterioration of a selective catalytic reduction catalyst of NOx (15) arranged in an engine exhaust duct of internal combustion or due to an irregularity in an amount or quality of aqueous urea solution that is supplied to the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15), characterized in that it comprises: a required determination zone fixing unit that fixes an area of required determination (X2) in an area within which a NOx removal performance (NR) is located or in a case where the amount of NOx emission exceeds the regulation value due to the deterioration of the reduction catalyst selective catalytic NOx (15) or in a case where the amount of NOx emission exceeds the regulation value due to an irregularity in the quantity or quality of aqueous urea solution that is supplied to the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15), and in which a temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15) is within a first predetermined temperature range; a first zone fixing unit with anomalies that sets a first zone with anomalies (Y1) to an area within which the NOx elimination performance (NR) is placed when the amount of NOx emission exceeds the regulation value due to the deterioration of the catalyst of selective catalytic reduction of NOx (15), within which the NOx removal performance (NR) is not located when the amount of NOx emission exceeds the regulation value due to an irregularity in the quantity or quality of aqueous urea solution that is supplied to the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15), and in which the temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15) is within a second predetermined temperature range having a lower limit that is greater than an upper limit of the first temperature range; a unit for fixing second zones with anomalies that sets a second zone with anomalies (Y2) to an area within which the NOx elimination performance (NR) is located when the amount of NOx emission exceeds the regulation value due at an irregularity in the quantity or quality of aqueous urea solution that is supplied to the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15), within which the NOx removal performance (NR) is not placed when the amount of emission of NOx exceeds the prescribed regulation value due to the deterioration of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15), and in which the temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15) is within the second temperature range; and an anomaly factor determining unit that determines that the amount of NOx emission exceeds the regulation value due to the deterioration of the selective catalytic reduction catalyst of NOx (15), if the NOx removal performance (NR) is determined ) is within the required determination zone (X2) when the temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15) is within the first temperature range and it is then determined that the NOx removal performance (NR ) is located within the first zone with anomalies (Y1) when the temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15) is brought to the second temperature range, determining the unit of determination of anomaly factors that the NOx emission amount exceeds the regulation value due to an irregularity in the quantity or quality of aqueous urea solution supplied to the catalyst Selective catalytic reduction of NOx (15), if it is determined that the NOx removal performance (NR) is within the required determination zone (X2) when the temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst ( 15) is within the first temperature range and it is then determined that the NOx removal performance (NR) is within the second zone with anomalies (Y2) when the temperature (TC) of the NOx selective catalytic reduction catalyst (15) takes the second temperature range. |
