abstract | A compound of the formula (I ') ** (See formula) ** 5 where, X, is O or NH; and B, L0, L1, L2 and Rc, are as defined below: R2, is aryl (C6 or 10) or Het, wherein, Het, is a saturated or unsaturated heterocycle, (including aromatics) five, six, or seven members, containing one to four heteroatoms, each of them, 10 independently selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur, being substituted, the aforementioned aryl or Het, with R24, where, R24 , is H, halo, (C1-6) alkoxy, (C3-6) cycloalkoxy or NO2; or R24 is R20, -NHCOR20, -NHCOOR20, -NHR21, or &8211; NHCONR21R22, where, R20, is selected from (C1-8) alkyl, cycloalkyl (C3-7) and cycloalkyl (C1-4) alkyl ( C3-7), wherein said cycloalkyl and alkyl-cycloalkyl can be mono-, di-, or tri-substituted with (C1-3) alkyl; R21, is H or R20, as defined above, above; and R22, is H or methyl; B is (C1-10) alkyl, (C3-7) cycloalkyl or (C1-4) alkyl (C3-7) cycloalkyl, a) wherein, each of the aforementioned alkyl, cycloalkyl and alkyl-cyclolakyl, mono -, di-, or tri20 substituted with (C1-3) alkyl; and b) wherein, each of the aforementioned alkyl, cycloalkyl and alkyl-cyclolakyl, may be mono- or di-substituted with selected substituents, each of them, independently, between hydroxy and O-alkyl (C1- 6); and c) wherein, each of said alkyl groups, may be mono-, di-, or tri-substituted with halogen; and 25 d) where, in each of said cycloalkyl groups that are 5, 6, or 7 members, one or two groups &8211; CH2-that is not directly linked to each other, may be replaced by &8211;O-; Rc is hydroxy or &8211; NHSO2Rs, where Rs is (C1-6) alkyl, (C2-6) alkenyl, (C3-7) cycloalkyl, (C1-6) alkyl (C37) cycloalkyl, phenyl, naphthyl, pyridinyl, (C1-4) alkyl-phenyl, (C1-4) alkyl naphthyl or (C1-4) -pyridinyl alkyl; being, each of them, optionally monosubstituted with nitro; and each being optionally mono-, di- or tri30 substituted with selected substituents, each of them, independently, from halogen, hydroxy, cyano, (C1-6) alkyl, (C2-) alkenyl 6), O-C1-6 alkyl, -CO-NH2, -CO-NH-C1-4 alkyl, -CO-N (C1-4 alkyl) 2, NH2, -NH-alkyl ( C1-4) and -N ((C1-4) alkyl) 2, wherein (C1-6) alkyl and O (C1-6) alkyl, are optionally substituted with one to three halogen atoms; or Rs, is &8211; N (RN2) (RN1), where, RN1 and RN2, are independently selected from each other, from H, C1-6 alkyl, cycloalkyl ( C3-7), alkyl (C1-6) -cycloalkyl (C3-7), aryl and alkyl (C1-6) -aryl, wherein said alkyl (C1-6), cycloalkyl (C3-7), alkyl (C1-6) -C3-7 cycloalkyl, aryl and (C1-6) alkyl-aryl, each is optionally substituted with one or more selected substituents, each of them, independently, from halogen, (C1-6) alkyl, hydroxy, cyano, O-C1-6 alkyl, NH2, -NH-C1-4 alkyl, -N ((C14) alkyl) 2, -CO-NH2 , -CO-NH-C 1-4 alkyl, -CO-N (C 1-4 alkyl) 2, -COOH and COO-C 1-6 alkyl; or 40 RN2 and RN1, are linked, together with the nitrogen to which they are linked, to form a monocyclic, saturated or unsaturated heterocycle of 3 to 7 members, or a bicyclic, saturated or unsaturated heterocycle of 9 or 10 members, which contains, each of them, in an optional way, from one to three additional heteroatoms selected, each of them, in an independent way, from N, S and O, and each one being, optionally substituted, with one or more substituents, independently selected from halogen, (C1-6) alkyl, hydroxy, cyano, O-C1-6 alkyl, NH2, -NH-(C1-4) alkyl, -N ( (C14) alkyl) 2, -CO-NH2, -CO-NH-C1-4 alkyl, -CO-N (C1-4 alkyl) 2, -COOH and COO-C1-6 alkyl; L0, is &8211;OCH3; L1, is CH3, -F, -Cl, Br u &8211;OMe; and L2, is H 50 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
