abstract | A compound comprising a peptide vector and at least one fluorescein dye, wherein said compound is selected from one of the formulas: (III) in which: Ra represents - (CH2) n - or - (CH2) n- C6H4- which forms a bridge with X2, X4 or X6, in which n represents a positive integer from 1 to 10, X1 represents a bond or 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 amino acid residues, in which an amino acid residue is optionally functionalized with a spacer moiety, or said amino acid moiety has a functional side chain, such as an acid or amine group, X2, X4 and X6 represent amino acid moieties that can form a disulfide or thioether bond, X3 represents arginine, G represents glycine , D represents aspartic acid, X5 represents a hydrophobic amino acid; and X7 represents a spacer or biomodifier moiety or is absent, and W1 is a spacer moiety or is absent, h is a positive integer 1 or 2 and in which at least one of the Z groups that is present represents a fluorescein dye ; or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. |
