An aminophosphonic acid derivative represented by the following general formula (1) [wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogenated or non-halogenated lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, a hydroxy group, a substituted aralkyloxy group or unsubstituted, wherein the aralkyl group optionally has a halogen atom, a trifluoromethyl group, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a lower alkoxy group having 1 to 4 atoms of a benzene ring optionally in its benzene ring carbon, a hydroxymethyl group, an acetyl group or a cyano group; R2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogenated or non-halogenated lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or an aralkyloxy group; R3 is a halogen atom; R4 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a hydroxymethyl group; R5 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; X is S, SO or SO2; Y is -CH2O-, -CH2-, -CH = CH-, -CH = CF-, -CH2CH2-, -CH2CFH- or -CH (OH) CF2-; and n is an integer from 1 to 4], one of its optical isomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates. |
