abstract | A deposit extraction device having a nozzle body (100) having at least one launch hole (101) formed on an opposite surface (102) that faces the surface of a plate-shaped element (T) and which removes the deposit adhered to the plate-shaped element by releasing compressed gas through the at least single launch hole (101), where the nozzle body is supported so that it is movable in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surfaces of the shaped element plate, characterized by a pressure reduction valve (3) adapted to decompress the compressed gas at a fixed pressure predetermined by the pressure reduction valve, whereby the nozzle body (100) can float above the surface of the plate-shaped element by a release pressure of the compressed gas; and because the device further includes actuation means (140) that are connected to the nozzle body (100), and that move the nozzle body in a direction substantially perpendicular to the surfaces of the plate-shaped element; and by drive control means (7) that move the nozzle body in a direction away from the plate-shaped element by controlling the actuation means when the pressure of the compressed gas supplied to the nozzle body (100) is less than one specified pressure that has been predetermined. |
