A triarylcarboxylic acid compound represented by the following general formula (I) or a salt thereof: in which the symbols in the formula have the following meanings: A: aryl or heteroaryl, where aryl and heteroaryl may be substituted with 1 to 3 identical or different substituents selected from the following group G; group G: halogen, -CN, -NO2, C1-6 alkyl, halogen-C1-6 alkyl, -O-R 1; -O-halogen-C 1-6 alkyl, -O-CO-R 1, -O-benzyl, - O-phenyl, -NR 2 R 3, -NH- CO-R 1, -CO2-R 1, -CO -R 1, -CO-NR 2 R 3, -CO-phenyl, -SR 1, -SO2-C 1-6 alkyl, -SO2-phenyl, -NH-SO2-naphthalene-NR 2 R 3, phenyl, cycloalkyl and C1-6-OR alkylene; R 1: H or C1-6 alkyl; R 2 and R 3: the same or different, each representing H or C 1-6 alkyl, where R 2 and R 3, taken together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, can form a saturated monocyclic heterocycle containing hydrogen; and B: monocyclic heteroaryl, wherein the monocyclic heteroaryl may be substituted with a group selected from C1-6 alkyl, -OH and halogen. |
