titleOfInvention WRITING INSTRUMENT FOR USE IN A TOY THAT INCLUDES A METACROMATIC WATER FABRIC SHEET.
abstract Writing instrument (81) for water metachromatic elements, writing instrument with which any desired writing image is formed by water on a water metachromatic element comprising a support and arranged on a surface thereof a porous layer formed by a binder resin to which silicic acid is fixed in fine particles in a dispersed manner, and which can result in a different transparency between a state of absorbed liquid and a state of non-absorbed liquid; said writing instrument (81) comprises a support (83) that holds a pencil tip (82) formed by a porous synthetic resin element or fiber worked element, and a container (86) that can contain water directly inside ; and a pouring opening is provided, from which water is poured into the container, at the front end of the container; and said support being constructed so that it separably fits the pouring opening, said writing instrument being characterized in that the inside of said container (86) is hermetically closed when said support is adjusted in said pouring opening; said support comprising a cylindrical pencil tip support element (85) that can hold the pencil tip (82) on its outer surface; said cylindrical pencil tip support element (85) being inserted from said pour opening and disposed in said container; and a gap (88) being provided between the outer surface of said pencil tip (82) and the inner surface of said pencil tip support element (85); the hollow being a hollow through which the interior of said container communicates with the exterior of said container and in which the water is maintained with the help of a capillary force.
