titleOfInvention METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE BLOOD CELL ANTIGENS GENOTYPE AND SUITABLE KIT FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE BLOOD CELL ANTIGENS GENOTYPE.
abstract Method of determining the genotype of blood cell antigens comprising subjecting the DNA of an individual of a mammalian species to a multiple Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) to amplify and detectably label a region of the locus of, at least two different blood cell antigens containing the nucleotide polymorphism site of said blood cell antigen and using the amplified and labeled DNA fragments in this manner to determine the genotype of each of said antigens of blood cells, said multiple PCR comprising the use of at least one pair of specific chimeric primers of blood cell antigens so that the genotype of each blood cell antigen is determined and at least one primer universally labeled detectably, wherein said at least one universal primer has a unique sequence that does not appear in the DNA of d icha species of mammals, and in which each pair of chimeric primers comprises a chimeric primer on the left and a chimeric primer on the right, each of them comprises a specific part of the blood cell antigen at the 3 'end and a universal part at the 5 'end, in which the base sequence of the universal part of the chimeric primers corresponds to the base sequence of said at least one universal primer, and wherein said specific parts of the antigen of blood cells of the pair of chimeric primers comprises a region of the locus of the blood cell antigen that contains the nucleotide polymorphism site of said blood cell antigen.
