A compound of Formula I: ** Formula ** in which: n is selected from 0, 1, 2 and 3; L is selected from: -Y2X3-; -OX1X3-; -OX1OX3-; -OX1C (O) X2X3-; - OX1C (O) OX2X3- and -OC (O) NR4X1X3-; where Y2 is a heterocyclic group of 5 to 8 atoms containing 1 to 3 heteroatoms selected from O, N and S; X1 and X2 are independently selected from a bond, C1-6 alkylene, C2-6 alkenylene, C3-8 cycloalkyl and C1-5 heteroarylene; R4 is selected from hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl and X3 is selected from 1,2,4-oxadiazole, 1,3,4-oxadiazole, oxazole, thiazole and tetrazole; R1 is selected from C1-4 alkyl, C1-4-halosubstituted alkyl, C6-10 aryl, - X4S (O) 0-2R5a, -X4C (O) OR5a, -X4OR5a, -X4C (O) R5a, -X4C ( O) NR5aR5b, - X4NR5cS (O) 0-2R5a, -X4NR5cC (O) OR5a, -X4NR5cC (O) R5a and -X4NR5cC (O) NR5aR5b; wherein R5a and R5b are independently selected from hydrogen C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halosubstituted C1-6 alkyl, halosubstituted C1-6 alkoxy and C1-10 heteroaryl; where X4 is selected from a bond, C1-3 alkylene and C3-6 cycloalkylene; R5c is selected from hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, C3-8 heterocycloalkyl, C6-10 aryl and C1-10 heteroaryl; wherein any alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl of R5c may be optionally substituted by 1 to 3 radicals independently selected from halo, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halosubstituted C1-6 alkyl and halosubstituted C1-6 alkoxy; R2 is selected from halo, cyano, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 alkoxy, halosubstituted C1-8 alkyl, halosubstituted C1-8 alkoxy and nitro; R3 is selected from C1-10 heteroaryl, -C (O) OR6a, -C (O) R6a, -S (O) 0-2R6a, -C (O) R7 and -C (O) X5NR6aC (O) OR6b; where X5 is selected from a bond and C1-6 alkylene; R6a and R6b are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl; R7 is selected from C3-8 cycloalkyl and C6-10 aryl; wherein said R3 heteroaryl is optionally substituted with 1 to 3 radicals independently selected from halo, C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 alkoxy, halosubstituted C1-6 alkyl, halosubstituted C1-6 alkoxy, C3-8 heterocycloalkyl and C1-10 heteroaryl; and Y1 is selected from CR8 and N; where R8 is selected from hydrogen and C1-6 alkyl; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. |
