abstract System for growth of semiconductor monocrystals by variable growth rate. # The present invention describes an apparatus for the implementation of a CZT monocrystallization crystallization process comprising the following elements: five heating elements (1) consisting of five furnaces independent of each other, and arranged vertically; five measuring thermocouples (3) each located in the geometric center of each of the five ovens; two metal aluminum discs (8); a growth vial (5) where the starting material to be crystallized is placed; and a support (9) formed by an outer quartz tube inside which an inner quartz tube (10) is centered.
