Dendrimers based on PAMAM derivatized with alkyl sulfonyl groups. # The present invention describes compounds derived from vinyl sulfones comprising a PAMAM core derivatized with alkylsulfonyl groups and the process for obtaining them. These compounds form complexes with DNA fragments that are useful for cell transfection, whereby the present invention also describes the use of these compounds as transfection agents. |
